1.Business Model & Product Sourcing
RKR Water Purifier is an independent water purifier reseller and service provider based in Vangapahad, Warangal, Telangana.
We Source water purifiers from trusted third-party suppliers and offer sales, installation, maintenance, and AMC services.
We do not manufacture any of the brands on our website.
2.Use of Brand Names
All brand names and product models (e.g., Aqua Innovica, Purosis, Finpure) are used strictly for identification purposes.
These trademarks belong to their respective owners.
RKR Water Purifiers does not claim ownership, affliation, or endorsement by any manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
3.Pricing & Invoicing
All products and services are sold with standard (non-GST) invoices.
We do not collect or charge GST at this stage.
Prices may vary depending on model, location, and service type.
We do not provide tax invoices for input claims.
AMC packages and filter replacement charges are disclosed transparently in advance.
4. Warranty & Service
New water purifiers sold come with a service warranty provided by RKR (up to 1 year depending on model).
Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or third-party modifications.
Electrical Components covered by a 1-year service warranty (Pump, SMPS, etc.).
Filters, membranes, and UV lamps come with a 15-day warranty for manufacturing defects only.
7-day warranty on installation-related issues (leakage, fitting).
AMC customers are eligible for filter replacements and priority service based on the chosen plan.
5. Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation are usually completed within 1-2 working days.
Relocation and reinstall services may incur additional charges unless included in your AMC.
Customers must ensure power/water connection availability at the installation site.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are accepted 24 hours before service; refunds processed in 7-10 business days.
Returns are allowed only for unopened, unused items within 3 days of delivery.
No refunds after service is initiated or filters are delivered.
No returns/refunds on used products or filters.
Defective items will be replaced if reported within 48 hours.
Service bookings cancelled within 1 hour of visit may incur travel charges.
7.Customer Responsibility
Use the product as per the user manual and safety guidelines.
Clean water tanks regularly and ensure timely filter replacement.
RKR is not reponsible for damage caused due to negligence, external plumbing, or electrical faults.

Water quality from local sources
Power fluctuation or user-side plumbing issues
Damage from unauthorized repairs or non-compliance with guidelines
