 RKR Water Purifiers, we strive to provide high-quality water purification systems and trusted after-sales service to our customers. This Product Policy outlines important information about sourcing, warranties, pricing, installation, and customer responsibilities.

1.Product Sourcing

We deal in multiple reputable models, including the Aqua Series, Purosis, and Titanium series.

 We do not manufacture these products but ensure their quality through testing and careful selection.

2.Product Categories

Domestic RO+ UV + UF + TDS + Alkaline water purifiers

Wall-mount purifiers (10L and 15L)

Metal body and plastic body units

Filter kits and AMC replacement components.

  3.AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

Optional AMC packages are available for 12,24, and 36 months.

AMC includes scheduled servicing and filter replacements depending on the plan.

AMC charges start from ₹ 3,999 (for 12- month domestic plans up to 25L).

AMC must be purchased separately and is non-transferable.
